Who can Join?
Membership of SCENZ is open to anyone interested in Chemical Engineering or related areas.
There are no prior qualifications except interest.
While those involved in traditional Chemical, Process, Mining or Materials Engineering are
obvious candidates, we also embrace Food Engineering; organic, physical or inorganic
chemistry; Environmental Engineering; Safety and Loss Prevention Engineering, and Surface
and Polymer Engineering. Some of our members have branched into new professions, but
through training or work experience maintain an ongoing interest "in the art".
SCENZ welcomes instructors, students, professionals, practitioners and the merely curious.
who wish to keep in touch with those involved in the chemical process industries.
